Long Time NO Post

Well, I can't believe it's been over a year since I posted on this blog.  Let me just say that RL has been kicking my ass.  I can tell ya that I'm writing again and I'm kind of excited about it.  Star Trek Into Darkness has been very motivating for me.  By the way, if you haven't seen the movie, you should. It's great.  Anyway, I'm alive and maybe I'll start posting on here again more regularly. Good night, all. :-)

Hope everyone had a safe and wonderful new year's the other night. I spent it down in my back but nicely medicated. LOL!

Anyway, the quote above is me in a nutshell. I over think EVERYTHING. My mind never seems to shut off. They say that knowing and recognizing a problem is half the battle. I hope that is true, because this year I am going to try to change the way I think and react to situations. I'm not even sure if this can be done, but hell, I'm going to give it a try. I need to for my health's sake.

So, with this in mind, I am believing that 2012 is going to be the best year yet. It's going to be great!
